Amjad Shamim is JET Health Solutions CEO and Managing Partner. Shamim has approximately 25 years of progressive experience in the Information Technology arena specifically focused healthcare. As CEO, he focuses on innovative solutions that enhance efficiencies and streamline connectivity for healthcare organizations of all sizes. His past experience includes successfully managing multiple Information Technology divisions and locations for a large product solution provider in healthcare. He has a proven track record of developing, managing and implementing mission critical solutions/projects/products on time and within budget. Shamim's extensive experience in healthcare related systems include provider, payer and pharmacy systems. He has managed and developed healthcare systems including Clinical, EMR, ADT, Plans and Treatments, Enrollment, Product/Plans, Billing/Claims/Adjudication, Collections/Receivables etc; spanning from home healthcare, DME/HME, provider, payer, hospice, and infusion therapy. Shamim possesses excellent leadership, management, interpersonal, team building, communications and mentoring skills. In addition he is experienced in strategic planning with emphasis on careful planning and profitable growth. He also participated in M&A process and performed technical evaluations of prospective acquisitions. He is a winner of several prestigious achievement awards which include:

Colleen Taylor has extensive experience providing quality assurance, project management, and systems implementation / training on major IT initiatives and commercial software product development in the healthcare and financial industries. Colleen previously worked for Xcelerate, an e-business solution provider; CareCentric, formerly Simione Central, a leading home healthcare / HME software solution provider; and M&I Data Services developing mortgage banking software applications. Colleen received her Bachelor of Science and Masters from Florida State University.
She brings a wealth of experience to the JET Health Solutions practice. Her background includes experience with patient registration, billing, medical records, scheduling, inventory, and back-end financials. In addition, she has management experience in hospital administration, which includes admissions and business office experience.
Asad Shamim has over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Asad founded JET Health Solutions (JHS) and leads the technology teams as the Chief Technology Officer. Asad is a visionary in the field of technology and is the backbone of the impeccable solutions created by JHS for our clients. He is a leader at understanding business needs, new technology and legacy systems. He plays a pivotal role recommending and implementing solutions that provide for greater corporate efficiencies and greater ROI. Asad Shamim saw long ago the power of Microsoft technology solutions and positioned JHS to primarily support those Microsoft tools along with other leading software and infrastructure leaders. It is Asad’s technology solution commitment and his passion for education that drives the entire JHS team to continue to excel at achieving certifications, leading the state of Florida and beyond for MCAD, MCSD and .NET certified employees. He has extensive experience with systems development in leading technologies including wireless, web and e-commerce and project management. He also has wide-ranging experience in industries such as Banking, Cruise Lines, Transportation, Insurance and Healthcare. Ed Kirchmier joined the management team of JET Health Solutions as Director of Project Delivery from Carnival Corporation where he managed corporate IT initiatives across Carnival’s cruise line brands. Ed has a strong project management and systems implementation background with 18 years of consulting experience managing technology solutions and services for many Fortune 500 companies, including Ryder, Apple Computer, Burger King, Cendant Corporation, IVAX, Allstate, CNA Insurance, CommerceOne and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Ed is an Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate from the University of Notre Dame. Vicky Durkin executes marketing initiatives for JET Health Solutions' products and services. She brings over 20 years experience in market analysis and communications working for the country's largest media companies. Vicky conducted primary/secondary research for product development and initiated product launches at Knight-Ridder/McClatchy, the third largest newspaper and Internet publisher in the United States. At Knight-Ridder/McClatchy she was awarded the MAX award by the Marketing Division for superior performance.
Vicky further developed her marketing expertise in database/direct marketing and advertising campaign development for national and local clients at Tribune, the largest employee-owned media company with businesses in publishing, interactive and broadcasting. While at Tribune, Vicky was awarded the Advertising Division’s excellence award in Database Marketing for the development of a strategic response analysis for a national manufacturing client. She was also awarded the company's President's Award for Outstanding Performance in Marketing and the Presentation of the Year award for repositioning the company as a "must buy" to clients.
Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Florida International University and is active with various professional organizations in South Florida.
